Autumn nights are heating up at The Cannery. This season, Frenchies is turning up the flames with their new Charcoal Barbecue Night Series, every Wednesday from 6pm.

The kitchen will be trading traditional stovetops for live-fire cooking, featuring a weekly rotating, produce-led menu prepared entirely over a Japanese hibachi. These flame-kissed dishes are designed to be shared, making it the perfect excuse to gather around the table for a mid-week feast.
