Our Respectful Workplace Behaviour Policy can be found on this page and it contains essential information about how our staff should perform their duties and appropriate standards of behaviour and conduct. It also applies the same standards of behaviour and conduct to our suppliers, customers or tenants when they are dealing with our staff or when at the shopping centre.

The Australian Human Rights Commission introduced a new positive duty in December 2022, with changes to workplace obligations in effect from December 2023. This positive duty imposes a legal obligation on organisations and businesses to take proactive and meaningful action to prevent relevant unlawful conduct from occurring in the workplace or in connection to work.
