At Frenchies, we aim to bring Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian table – both on the plate and in the glass. We create produce-driven, modern bistro style dishes, all underlined by a French food philosophy. Our sharing style menu changes almost daily, enabling us to highlight the freshest seasonal produce, wheter you’re sharing a charcuterie board at our bar or dining in the bistro. All of Franchie’s award-winning craft beers are designed to complement our delicious food, and Head Brewer and Co-Founder, Vince develops brews that evolve over time and go beyond the limits of traditional beer categories and styles.
