Rachael Waddle’s prior experience in the hair and beauty industry has ranged from an apprenticeship and other roles with high end UK salons to management roles in Sydney day spas.

Rachael’s obsession with beautiful hair inspired her to establish RW Hair Extensions where she has trialled and tested a range of different weaving methods. To better meet the needs of her local clientele, Rachael was motivated to develop her own, unique weave braiding technique, especially for Caucasian hair. Her method took Sydney by storm and now Rachael’s services are in demand from clients all around Australia.
