Since Messina’s inception in Darlinghurst in 2002 there has been one clear goal: to set the benchmark for gelato.

From the meticulous roasting and endless grinding of real pistachios, to the baking of a pple pies and brownies, or to the sweet smell of stewed spiced rhubarb, absolutely everything that goes into Messina’s gelato is made lovingly the in-house team of mad professors at the Sydney HQ. By using real ingredients, we achieve full bodied texture and flavour in our gelato. Every single flavour has its own unique recipe.
