As Australia’s first member of the AVPN (The True Neapolitan Pizza Association) you can expect wood-fired pizzas made to exacting traditional Neapolitan standards at Da Mario. Toppings are kept simple to allow each of the ingredients to shine and come from our custom-built oven atop a satisfyingly puffy, blistered base. Although we are best known for our excellent pizzas, we also offer a delicious range of pastas, salads and desserts that round out an authentic, plentiful Italian dining experience.
